sleeve / no f./u for 3 mos

Need your help on a sleeve patient. Pt had the sleeve in April and has not been

seen by a dietitian since pre-op (and it wasn't me). I have only been here a few

months..the doc just told me abut her last month. I have been trying to schedule

an appt but pt has cancelled. Pt was supposed to come today and when I called,

pt said she has been upset and forgot..she can't even eat. I asked her if she is

upset because she cant eat or something happened. She said something

happened...she didn't tell me what but she was crying. I told the Doc's office

that I am concerned. Maybe she needs psych. I am going to try reschedule. I

really don't know anything about her except her BMI as 39 pre-op and she only

had one visit with an RD pre-op. I think I need to watch for sliming, vit/min

compliancy, what else? Should I have any labs drawn?
