Working out and the length of time between periods

This is my first time posting here but I read every e-mail daily. I

have been working out for years but just recently found the BFL

method. I am in my 6th week on training. My question is for women

who have been working out for awhile and are not on the pill. I had

my last period on March 18th. It was not as painful as usual. I used

to be pretty regular even when not on the pill, about 28 days. Since

working with other women who got off the pill themselves this year my

cycle of course has changed. Some months its 25, or 26, or even 22.

This is very frustrating since I never know when to expect it. This

month is different. I am currently on day 31! I have taken 2 tests

and both negative. I am wondering if due to working out 6 days a

week consistantly (3 days heavy lifting and 3 days HIIT) could be

affecting my period or should I get a blood test done? I would LOVE

to be pregnant but upset only in that I finally found a workout that

is giving me great results and I am eating the healthest I ever have

and then I have to stop losing weight!

I tried searching stuff on the web but sometimes it's easier to just

ask other women.

Thanks for sharing any experience you might have!

Sharon
