Guest guest
What is working well in our office is to hand the sample letter copy and email addy to the patients, and ask them each to give their input. The physical piece of paper is a good reminder to get it done. Patients seem quite happy and excited to give their piece, and it is fun to see them get a little riled up on our behalf. Guest guest
Exactly that is what I am doing in my clinic I even highlight one of the sample sentences for them to use as I have several examples. As I posted prior every single patient with a smart phone does it right in the reception area or treatment room...they love it!
