Guest guest Posted April 23, 2010 Report Share Posted April 23, 2010 I was wondering if anyone has an example proposal/contract between a private practice RD and a Bariatric Surgeon who will be teaching bariatric sx pts in a surgeon's office? I am looking for ideas for the proposal. Such as the RD will charge the patient $XXX with a X% going to the Surgeon each month for using office space/staff/copier etc. I am not sure what is the appropriate % for office space in relation to seeing 100% of his pre/post op sx pts as well as those pts who cannot have sx for one reason or another.
