Need an MD for W/C case in Salem Area

Greetings:I have a patient with a W/C injury (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar strain/sprain) from blunt force trauma. I have sent him to a neuro surgeon for eval of L spine disc herniation. My 60 days is running out and he needs an MD in the Salem area who will take the case and refer back for CMT when needed.
