Dry Needling Course--Question regarding CPT code to use & what reasonble charges are

Hello Doctors:

Has anyone out there done dry needling in their office? If so, what is the most appropriate CPT code, and what is the reimbursement level? From the limited amount of research which I have done, it appears that there is no "specific" dry needling CPT code. And the "reasonable" charges are undefined. Does anyone out there have any experience with this. Is this listed as an "investigational" procedure, or accepted by the "powers that be"..ie insurance companys etc.

If someone can help shed some light on this, I would appreciate it. Thank you for your response.
