Should CMT patients avoid any of the common vaccines?

Does anyone know if CMT patients should avoid any of

the following common vaccines:

1. Tetanus

2. Polio

3. Oral Typhoid

4. Intravenous Typhoid

5. Any of the Hepatitis vaccines-A, B, C, etc.

6. Pneumonia

7. Yellow Fever

8. Menomune

9. Diphtheria

10.Measles, mumps and rubella

11.Any common vaccines not listed above?
