According to Dave McTeague, as of this morning, the appellate attorney is still preparing our appeal of the stay. Your board as of this date has no answer as to the number of post graduate hours required for you to be trained in Dry Needling. For your protection I suggest that you get a letter from your board stating that whatever post graduate CME you have taken to date for this physical therapy modality is sufficient for you to practice it. I know they have stated things to you before about it being in your scope of practice etc. - and from my communications with them they did not require any training what so ever in order to do Dry Needling - but as of today, I suggest you get something in writing from them acknowledging your 24 hours of training and that as far as they are concerned you can practice it.
