Guest guest
Weight Loss Surgery(WLS) is not an option for me, but I would like to know how people who have surgery are able to lose more pounds eating the same portions as someone like me following BFL? My co-worker had WLS and we both ate 5-6 mini meals a day as outlined on BFL but she lost weight much faster. Is there something else done during the surgery that causes this, or is it just that those with WLS lack lean muscle mass?
