I have several size dowels which I vary per patient size. Works perfectly and cost almost nothing. It is a little too small for my big hand, and I never sent it back to the company. As Matt mentioned, for some reason they are making them smaller now and difficult for larger hands. I'm glad I got mine when I did (I have one in each room).
