Yea, have fun with the application process too. I think they go through Optum Health or something. The application process should be enough to scare one away.

They are better than they used to be, but most patients have to fill out a form every few times they come in (at least for maintenance care, although it's not maintenance care b/c they don't pay for that). I think they pay about $32 for 98941, $35 for 97110/2 and something like $11 for 98943-51. I'm in WA, so that's about all I bill to them. They used to pay FOUR DOLLARS for 97110/2 codes!! until the new law passed to pay us the same as a physician. ...is that only in WA?? or federal?? I guess it could be different in OR, but usually SW WA is in the same network as PDX.
