Guest guest
I am not a Medicare provider and I'm not interested in becoming one. When someone has Medicare Part B I currently refer them to another DC. Recently I have had a former patient come in, now she has Medicare Part B, and she's adamant about wanting to continue to see me and pay cash for the service. Is there any way that I can see this patient without becoming a Medicare provider? What is the law regarding patients voluntarily paying cash for services that are reimbursable by Medicare?
