Hi Tammy!

I like to use the powder protein vanilla is very good! Add it to a blueberry,

coolwhip concoction or do it as a shake by adding ice cubes and it is great all

by itself.

Someone here mentioned doing it with a homemade banana creme pie concoction

(lite of course) This sounds delicious but I have yet to try it darn it!
