tx suggestions for head lice???

Hi Listmates,

Have pt whose 7yo granddaughter has had 7 ((!!!)) recurrences of head lice since 6/5/11 (and 3 episodes the past year).

They've done all the recommended shampooing, cleaning, etc. plus rx shampoo last week and now there's another episode. The house is immaculate (I've seen it) and the entire family is stressed!!! Recommendations that might be helpful??? ps the 7yo is blonde (evidently more at risk for head lice) so now they're thinking purple hair time.
