I just learned today from a Liberty claim adjustor that even though DC's are authorized to treat for 18/60, we are only authorized to Rx time loss for 30 days- an obvious incongruity in the law. So I'm getting the patients famdoc involved. Only problem is her assigned Doc at Kaiser is a PA, and they can only authorize times loss if working under an MD .

What a rat's nest- perhaps we should work legislatively to even up the numbers? R Johansen D.C. PC,DABCOChiropractic Life Center12762 SE Stark StreetPortland Oregon 97233Voice 5032557746,Fax 5032550818
