Hi All:

I've only seen feedback from Jamey Dyson (Thanks for sharing, Jamey). Does

anyone else have any experience with either of these programs or any other

Practice Management/EMR program they would recommend?

Thanks so much for your thoughts,

Surah

Hi Surah,We tried Medic Fusion a few years back and had several critical errors occur. I am sure much has been improved since this time. We ran back to paper charts and our old medisoft billing and scheduling program (very reliable, though slow).1. Billing portion of the program was not communicating well with the EHR section where the billing was entered.2. Scheduler would only look at 1 1/2 hours at a time. Was like trying to take a picture of a room through the keyhole. We would end up having to call a patient back with times that were available. In the end, we had many headaches with this system and never really got them resolved in a way we could trust.Just

my personal take. Good luck!Jay Lindekugel, DCConcordia Chiropractic Center5425 NE 33rd Ave.Portland Or. 97211503-287-2273 From: Surah <DrSHirsch@...> Sent: Tuesday, November 29, 2011 11:32 AM Subject: Medicfusion vs. Chirotouch or other recommendations???

Since we've been using Medicfusion (1 year now), they have a newer calendar scheduling screen that is very easy to use and allows you to see the whole month, week, or day. They still have the old scheduling screen available but we never use it. The new way works great. I agree with you Jay that it would have been a nightmare with the old scheduler... glad they improved it! We've had a few kinks with the EHR communicating with the billing system, but their tech support got it fixed quickly. Jamey DysonOn Nov 30, 2011, at 1:03 PM, Lindekugel wrote:
