Bob.... In ORegon, it is suppose to be billed through the insurance of the driver of the car the injured party is in. AS for as I know, the only time you do it the way your agent is suggesting, is if your patient was uninsured. Must be from out of state and have a different system. CAll the agent/adjuster and clarify.
