Guest guest
Thanks Dan for letting us know about Don on's passing yesterday-June 20th. I have confirmed from other sources that he has indeed passed from this earth. I had the privilege of knowing this crazy-brilliant soul for over 15 years now. I have been a Chiropractic Biophysics doc for 15+years and I have heard Don teach his technique at many seminars. Don clearly had an irascible personality that rubbed many people wrong. He was not afraid to verbally punish those who disagreed with his vision of chiropractic and how it should be practiced. For this reason Don was not universally loved. But on the other hand the technique he helped developed (CBP) is one of the great techniques in our profession and its practitioners have helped improve the health and well being of millions of people over the last 20+ years. Don has authored countless scietific papers supporting the ideas behind CBP technique. I can testify that the Chiropractic Biophysics tech. is the one that helped save my first and only son from the ugly ravages of ADHD at the tender age of 4. I learned the CBP technique at that time and used it on my son with superb results. After this experience I began using the technique on all who needed it and I continue to use it with great results. So I publicly salute the passing of this great man and chiropractor. To him and his technique I owe the health of my only son. Sadly Don professed to be an atheist up until the last time I saw him about 2 years ago. I ask that all who are believers pray for his soul. I will be keeping him in my prayers-along with his family. I too will miss the old irascible guy. He was one of a kind. I actually got to love the old bear over the years. Don was a grad of the class of 1977, from WSCC. He trained with me in the year of 1977-78 and started the mirror image work that he was known for. He was very controversial and a stubborn soul, but wrote some great papers for chiropractic. I will miss him..
