I really feel that this is " it " for me, I've tried every thing else, been moderately successful with South Beach and Atkins, don't just want to lose weight want to really tone up and get my body in shape and so does my husband so we joined ediets and will be starting BFL this week. I like the 6 small meals, and I like pushing my body with the exercise part. I am pretty much a beginner, but you will get lots of support here from people who have been at this for years. I know that this is truly something I can live with " for life, " not just for a short period of time. Good luck.
