CALL TO ACTION! Colleagues, we need your help NOW……we need you to all and your patients especially Veterans to call and write your Congressman and US Senator urging them to co-sponsor the following positive bills for chiropractic and getting our services to our Military Personal, Veterans, and their family members. HR-329 the chiropractic care to all Veterans act introduced by Rep. Bob Filner (D-CA) would require all major VA medical facilities to hire a chiropractic physician on staff by 2014. HR-409 introduced by Rep. Mike (R-AL) would provide any beneficiary covered under TRICARE to select and have direct access to chiropractic services. HR-531 introduced by Rep. Bruce Barley (D-IA) student loan repayment new program for new chiropractic physicians who agree to practice in medically underserved areas. HR-664 introduced by Rep. Gene Green (D-TX) would requires the inclusion of chiropractic physicians in the U.S. Public Health Services (USPHS) Commissioned Corps. S-1147 introduced by Senator Blumenthal (D-CT) is the Senate version/companion bill to HR-329 Congressional Contact Info.
