SUGAR

ANYONE?????

This is

an eye-opener!

4.2 gms

= 1 teaspoon

of sugar, so

this looks

like 1 cube is

about the

same!

WHAT A UNIQUE

WAY TO PRESENT

THIS...

Someone ought

to get an

award for

this.

We know the

facts, but

this brings it

into

perspective

quickly, doesn't it?

Each cube is a

teaspoonful.

Now someone

needs to do

this with

salt.

'When someone

shares

something of

value with you

and you

benefit from

it, you have a

moral

obligation to

share it with

others.'

I don't think that's a good or accurate "perspective" at all... It's "suggesting" that FRUIT has the same amount of man made processed SUGAR as chocolate chip cookies and Minute Made orange juice from concentrate (there are no TEASPOONS OF SUGAR in fruit!!).

And, the fact that they call it a "moral obligation" to forward it suggests to me that the drug industry/fast food industry produced this trying to BLUR THE LINES between good/bad sugars. Just like fats, there are good/essential sugars...(and then there is MAN-MADE PROCESSED CRAP).

So, this is not an accurate or good comparison at all...and I don't suggest anyone forward it to anyone. (;-)
