Getting worse with conservative care? I'm also a little suspicious about a " new innovative technique... " Chemopapain, electrothermal discectomy, neural ablation, and others were " new, innovative " techniques in their day. If you are interested, Surah, the most recent CHP newsletter has some suggestions (from the NIH no less) of questions to have a surgeon answer prior to surgery. A.
