Guest guest
That was great. Especially the part about the butt blaster machine. At the gym I go to, all the overweight women wait for that machine. NO women use the squat machine except for me. Very few of the men use it except for the trainers when they don't have a client. I don't know what the women are afraid of, I guess maybe actually changing their body. Thanks for posting that. Stasia
Guest guest
The other day there was a lady I see constantly at the gym on the so called " birthing machine " for her thighs. I might add she really uses this machine a lot!!I asked her how's that machine working for you? She said I have some stubborn thigh fat! I told her no this machine in my opinion is useless, and then I showed her some other exercises that she could do for her thighs, and butt area. Squats, lunges, etc. She thanked me, and said she hoped they helped. I told her keep this up, and you will see results. Pam --- Stasia Bachrach <s_bachrach@...> wrote: > That was great. Guest guest
All machines are useless for thigh fat because you can't spot reduce. So in that sense it is useless. Lunges, squats, and deadlifts will hit all areas of your legs so none of those machines are going to have the benefits of those three major leg exercises. Only cardio and clean eating will get rid of thigh fat. Oh, and more about Simpson's butt: I was at Target in the checkout line tonight looking at the magazines like " Star " or whatever and there was one picture of her with the Daisy Duke butt, then another with sort of a flat butt. I know it could have been a superimposed butt picture or something, or maybe the Daisy Duke butt could have been a fake butt. Who knows?
