I'm sorry you are having such a bad time with your asthma ( I sent a couple of articles, hopefully there is something on there that will help you... Write when your up to it... We have a lot of folks on here that are coping with asthma, when they are up to it maybe they can be of some help too... ((( Welcoming Hugs )))Helen My name is Artie. I have been suffering with chronic asthma my entire 36 years. I am really frustrated at this point and sometimes just feel like giving up. I am generally a fun loving outgoing person, but over the last couple years, heavy doses of Prednisone and Solumedrol have taken there toll. I have been on countless new and expiremental drugs that were just a band-aid. Theophylline, Advair, Singulair, Spiriva, Albuterol, Serevent, Beclovent, and numerous others. Sometimes I feel like a walking pharmacy. I have also gained alot of weight over the last few years and it seems like no matter what I do, the weight just won't come off.
