Guest guest Posted June 6, 2011 Report Share Posted June 6, 2011 Hi Docs, 52yo female pt c/o 6 mos duration mod-severe B UE paresthesias, mod-severe cervicalgia, severely restricted C4-7, decreasing B grip. Recent MRI: mild C4-5 stenosis (uncinate arthrosis), marked cerv hypolordosis, min anterlisthes C4, C6, hymobile flex/ext C6-7. QUESTION: pt responding minimally to chiro care/acup/STM. Recommendations for specific PT? ref for EMG? neurosurg eval?? Every member of pt's family has hx of stenosis C-spine.
