'basic step' and 'body fusion' on one dvd (which is step aerobics and strength training) along with 'low impact step', 'total body sculpting' and 'total body stretching'. also, there is 'high step circuit' which is at the intermediate level, i think. so dont count cathe out ! while she does concentrate more on advanced workouts, she has given beginners and intermediates some really great workouts to do too. she is an awesome instructor. :*carolyn. Guest guest Posted February 23, 2007 Report Share Posted February 23, 2007 I didn't say I was writing her off nor intending to insult her videos or teaching style... the complexity of her workouts just scare me to death because of my own coordination/rhythm/timing issues! :-) I'll look at the "beginner" workouts on collage sometime and see if I think I can handle them. Basic Step and Body Fusion sounds very interesting. I'll let you know if I actually get it at any point. Thanks for the encouragement and ideas Carolyn!
