Guest guest Posted June 7, 2005 Report Share Posted June 7, 2005 I don't know what's happening to me. I did this before (BFL, lost 96 lbs), and had tons of energy. Now I can't get enough sleep (9 hrs isn't enough), I'm constantly crabby, and I have NO energy at all, none. Plus, I have a sedendary job, sitting at a computer all day, and even that seems to be wearing me out. I nearly fell asleep at the wheel driving home from work yesterday. Luckily, I do my workouts in the early am and they have been going well. I've been eating clean, pretty good variety, lots of veggies in the mix, and vitamins albeit inconsistently.
