I don't want someone ready to cut, burn, poison or make funny sounds as they examine me. And no, , this isn't about the growth on my shoulders. It is supposed to be there. Could be AIDS, but hopefully just actinic keratosis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Actinic_keratosis). The new cell-signaling Evolv gel might be helpful.
