Your patients can increase and maintian their immune system at a stronger level by including a tablespoon of coconut oil (the source of monolaurin) in their food universe on a daily basis. It can be used for sauteing, added to cereals, esp. oatmeal types, used coffees or other morning drinks ..... there's avariety of using coconut oil. And then, of course, there is the wonderfu new line of coconut milks (don't really have coconut flavor, just made of coconut milks) called 'So Delicious' from Turtle Moutain ...... they are becoming more and more popular.
