rasberry and rosewater in the air ....

found this fruit pudding,

Brilliant idea !!!!! So, the risotto behind, the vanilia ice on top,

and a splash of raspberry vinegar ?!?

Mamma miaaaaa !

And for people who would be shy with vinegar and sweeties, always

possible to mix the raspberries vinegar with a caramel, or even a

balsamic vinegar, or a reduction of sweet wine, like my beloved

Muscat, or Porto....

and why not even a chocolate and raspberry vinegar sauce for the

toping ???? with or without vnilia ice....

We have now tons of ideas for nice neighbours for this precious

risotto...

I keep small glasses from the delicous verrines my confectionnery

shop makes, this risotto would really deserve to try many variations,

and to test aaaaaaaallllll of them ;-)
