Guest guest Posted December 7, 2006 Report Share Posted December 7, 2006 Heidi, Thanks for asking. I am all over the map actually. My arm hurts and is numb. Funny feeling both at the same time. My eye has stabbing pain, like a bug just bit it. This is new. My friends and neighbors are either giving me the pitty eyes, if they know, or they are mad at me, if they don't. I am always sick they say and just roll their eyes when they talk to me. I don't care to tell them about me, or what is going on. The ones I don't care about just use me a the caul-de-sac day care lady anyways. That is what Rob says. They let their kids out and run, so I am left watching everyone. When I am unavaliable and they have to deal with their own kids they get pissed at me. Sorry... I just feel sensative about this today. One of the neighbors asked if I was better yet, and when I said no she rolled her eyes, turned around and walked away before I was done talking. It just hurts. Next Wen are my sensory tests and Wednesday my MRI which I am dreading. Full torso for 2 hours. Yuck! My husband is getting sick of all of this too. Ijust want this over with so I can move forward or have a good wallow in my soup. My son said to me, " I hate it when you are sick, you are so mean. " He is right you know. I am meaner. Yes, there are lots of sick people in this world, but Terri you have just lost someone you depended on and Dawn you are going through enough tests to make anyone shorter tempered than usual. What my son told me after I moved to Missouri and he chose not to come was, " When you left, you took all the cool out of the house. " He had a chance to be with me and he chose friends and familiarity over getting away from a person (his dad) who is like a vampire who sucks the spirit out of the people closest to him and leaves them in the dirt. Do I wish he had come, yes. Do I feel bad about it? Some days, but not most. He was a junior in high school so he made a choice. He still, at almost 21, chooses to stay with a man he refers to as 'the Intimidator' when he talks to me. I've told him how much better I feel physically being away from my negative -ex. He says he must stay there until he finishes college. He's sticking it out till he can't take it anymore, just like I did. It's his choice. People use and abuse.. It is a sad fact of society... I dont blame you for being sick of it... It is natural to be meaner when we are sick, I will often snap and understands it is not him it is me... He is very understanding thankfully.. I said a special prayer for you tonight when I lit my nightly candle, I hope you dont mind... LOLI am sorry you are in so much pain... That pain in the eyes does not sound good.. Sensory tests UGH.. My last brain MRI only took 15 minutes and I was totally scared out of my mind.. I totally forgot to take my piercings out before I got there and that took 10 mins.. LOL I have 8 earrings in each ear and a nose piercing.. But we did have a blow out. He is afraid of having a disabled wife. His mom was/is very sick and he did not like his childhood because of the drama involved. She would always put braces on her arms and legs, walk with a cane at social functions for sympathy when she did not use them otherwise. She would have terrible symptoms, but never seek medical help. He is afraid that History will repeat itself, but I don't do those things. I hide my illnesses, I don't use them for sympathy. I go to the Doctor when they are bad and I take my medications, always. My so is so traumatized by this. He is back to having nightmares that I am going to leave him, or he is going to get stollen. I think she needs a break from her kids sometimes and I was always there in the past to take her girl for the afternoon. Now I don't anymore. I think that is why she is upset. I don't like candles much. Allergies to sents and all. But as long as the candle is miles away I won't smell it.
