Hi Henriette

Since list mom is real busy right now preparing for

her new class I thought I'd try to answer your

questions.

IT shouldn't matter what the viscosity of the oils

themselves are as to whether they will blend well with

each other. They are being blended into either alcohol

or oil as a carrier, so the question is how well they

each blend into that particular medium, not with each

other. Generally alcohol dissolves just about

anything. Certain essences, like benzoin for example,

don't dissolve well in oil.

I'm not sure I'm understanding the second part

clearly, but I think you are asking if there are some

essences that won't incorporate well into things like

lotions? I haven't worked much with that, so perhaps

one of the other members will chime in. But it seems

that anything that will dissolve in an oil could then

be dispersed into a body care item.
