I do not have a link - I was sent this by a member of a group for Bartonella.

it to you. I keep forgetting that this group does not accept attachments on

My problem right now if I only have dial-up for the next couple of weeks and

don't know if I can upload the pdf file with dial-up now, but will try. I am

planning on getting DSL again but not for a week or 2.

Bill I am very sorry about this - I am getting a DSL on Monday and so should

be able to send this pdf file to you then. It will be a huge relief for me

especially as the last week or more I have not been able to even reply to email.
