Guest guest
Question for the Legal Eagles (or those otherwise in-the-know), We treated a w/c patient under medical referral. Of course EVERYONE (the MD, radiology, surgeon, hospital, PT's) all got paid...EXCEPT ME!! The WC carrier wants our "prior chart notes" but since they are stating "chiropractic treatment" is not related to the injury, I told them they would have to pay for them IN ADVANCE. They state that...just because they are a work comp carrier, everything is free to them... What does the LAW say about this? (:-) M. s, D.C.
