Guest guest
I have terrible knees and am on the fast track to surgery. My knee Doc recommended taking glucosamine and chondroiton for now, although I have severe osteoarthritis and really need a buff and shine. She also told me to take off more weight, which I am diligently working on. Beginning another challenge today actually. Since I had a powerlifting meet last Sat. it is good practice to not lift for the week following the meet so I'll do an extra cardio/ab session tomorrow instead of weights. I have a renewed dedication. > On 06/23/05 at 12:21 PM you wrote: >> I've always liked Flex-a-min. It has glucosamine, chondroiton, and >> MSM.
