Guest guest
Yes, I have done it as have my two daughters, 7 and 12 years old. In a nutshell, I would recommend this for grown ppl like myself and adolescents with small curves <25 degrees and those adolescents who have been told to "watch and wait" (nonsense treatment). This group can get good results if one sticks to the program (not easy) and has a practioner that knows what they're doing. I would NOT recommend this for juvenile scoliosis and young kids with a lot of growing to do that already have sizable curves....my 7 year old did this for almost two years with good results initially (10 degree reduction) after two week treatment and daily protocol but then her curves "blew out" with her growth spurt this year. She not only lost the improvement but got worse by another 15 degrees despite daily protocol and weekly treatment and the chiropractor's office. Guest guest
Yes, it is chiropractic. I just received a packet in the mail about it today but haven’t had a chance to go through it. I did have a reply from somebody in the group about it. I’m not quite sure what to think about it at this point. Belinda From: heather@... Guest guest
I have a patient asking me about the CLEAR institute. I see that no one around here is certified by them. They claim to be able to correct scoliotic curves with their intensive treatment.Does anyone have any knowledge of CLEAR. Anyone referred a patient to a CLEAR certified doctor? To my understanding there is no research to support the reversal of a scoliotic curve, please correct me if I'm wrong.Who do you refer your adolescent patient with severe scoliotic curves? I have not worked with any of the braces and I would rather refer. Thanks!Brad Farra, D.C., CCSPCertified Chiropractic Sports PhysicianGlow Healthcare Integrative Medicine2332 NW Irving St.Portland, OR 97210503-222-1865www.drbradfarra.com
