I CAN NOT believe this! I have NEVER cheated with my food -except, of

course, on free day (which I am starting to loathe with all of my

being b/c of the bloating and upset stomach) and in 5 weeks of doing

this program by-the-book, I have only missed 3 cardio workouts. As

some of you already know, I lost about 8lbs in the first few weeks, my

clothes fit differently, everyone said I looked awesome, but guess

what? All those 8lbs are back. I'm furious. I realize that some of it

is muscle, but come on! A 5 ft gal in good shape should not weigh 128.

When I was 18, I weighed 99 lbs. I know I'm not 18 anymore - I think

a muscelly 115 would be nice. Could someone please tell me I will lose

this pooch - I just can visualize it happening in the 7 weeks I have

left. Should I only give myself a free meal instead of free day?

Should I add more cardios? I'm so mad!
