1. My " Good " Thing - I did a comprehensive review of

my meds with my primary care doc; discontinued some,

decreased dosage of some, changed some to a better

form (no antihistamine pills, use nasal spray

instead). We went over my whole case and were both

pleased with how things are going.

2. An accomplishment - I believe I'm going to go see

my mom for Thanksgiving. I haven't tackled a trip on

my own and I wouldn't normally stay with my mom, but

the 3 weeks she stayed with me has really helped mend

our relationship.

3. Something I wish I'd done differently. - Everytime

I cut my laptop on, I fall asleep. I wish I could

figure that out and change it.
