Almond Joy

½ scoop chocolate Protein Powder (whey)

½ Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey)

3 Tbsp. Coconut

½ cap of coconut extract

½ cap of almond extract

2 level tbsp. of white choc. fat free/ sugar fee instant pudding

2 level tbsp. of chocolate fat free/ sugar free instant pudding

4 heaping scoops of vanilla fat free yogurt

6 oz skim milk

2 oz cold water

1 splenda packet

1 cup crushed ice

Add 6 oz milk, 2 oz. water, pudding and mix for 30 sec., add protein powders,

extracts,

yogurt, and splenda, mix for 15 sec., add crushed, and mix for 15 sec. add

coconut last mix for 5 sec. Top with cool whip free. Enjoy!

Mounds: Omit the almond extract. Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you

don’t!!!

Snickers

6 oz skim milk

2 oz cold water

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (whey)

2 level tbsp. of butterscotch fat free/sugar free instant pudding

2 level tbsp. of chocolate fat free/sugar free instant pudding

1 rounded tbsp. of natural peanut butter

2 splenda packets

1 cup crushed ice

Add the milk and water, add the pudding mixes, mix for 30 sec. add the protein

powder

mix for 15 sec. add P.B., ice and splenda mix for 15 sec. longer. Optional- can

add a drizzle of fat free caramel, and cool whip free to the top

Enjoy!

Milky Way

8 oz skim milk

½ scoop chocolate protein powder (whey)

½ scoop vanilla protein powder (whey)

4 level tbsp. of malted milk powder

¼ of small box, chocolate fat free/sugar free instant pudding

4 oz vanilla yogurt

1 splenda packet

1 cup crushed ice

Add milk, and pudding mix for 30 sec. add the protein powders, splenda, and

malted mix,

mix for 30 sec. Add the yogurt and crushed ice. Mix for 15 sec. longer Top

with cool whip free, and shake a pinch of malt on top

Chocolate Pudding Pie

Fago diet chocolate cream pie soda 12 oz

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (whey)

3 level tbsp. of chocolate fat free/sugar free instant pudding

6 oz boston cream pie Yoplait light yogurt or vanilla fat free yogurt

4 vanilla wafter or ¼ cup CarbWell golden crunch cereal

1 cup crushed ice

Cool whip free

Add the Fago soda, yogurt mix for 15 sec., add the pudding, and the protein

powder

Mix for 15 sec. then add the ice. Lastly add the cereal mix for 1-2 sec. Top

with

Cool whip. Enjoy!

Apple Pie

12 oz Sugar Free Apple Juice

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

½ apple peeled and cored

6 oz apple turnover Yoplait yogurt or vanilla fat free yogurt

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. vanilla extract

½ tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. butter buds

2 tbsp. of vanilla fat free sugar free instant pudding

Cool whip free

1 cup crushed ice

4 vanilla wafer or Carbwell golden crunch cereal

Add the apple juice, yogurt, and pudding mix. Mix for 30 sec. add the protein

powder, cinnamon,

nutmeg, butter buds, and vanilla, mix for 15 sec. Add the ½ of peeled and cored

apple mix for 15 sec. and the crushed ice mix for 15 sec. longer. Add cool whip

free to top, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.

Starburst

8 oz sugar free fruit punch (Tropicana) or other

1 scoop fruit punch protein powder (whey)

4 level tbsp. of cherry jello

5 pitted cherries or 2 tbsp. of sugar free cherry pie filling

4 oz Yoplait cherry light yogurt or vanilla yogurt and a ½ a cap of cherry

extract

4 oz 1 % milk

1 cup crushed ice

Add the fruit punch with the fruit punch protein powder, milk, and yogurt mix

for 15 sec. add the jello, and the cherries. Mix for 15 sec. add the ice mix

for 15 sec. longer

Pucker Up

1/4 cup of sweet and sour mix

Fruit punch protein powder 1 scoop (whey)

4 tbsp. of raspberry jello powder

½ cup of raspberries

1 small (water bottle size packet) of Crystal Light Raspberry

8 oz Cold water

4 oz. of vanilla fat free yogurt

1 splenda packe

1 cup crushed icet

Add the 8 oz of water with the crystal light, and protein powder, and jello, mix

for 30 sec.

Add the sweet and sour mix, and raspberries, yogurt and splenda packet mix for

15 sec. Add the crushed ice and mix for 15 sec. longer. Enjoy!

Peach Pie

6 oz 1% milk

2 oz cold milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

6 oz peach Yoplait peach yogurt or vanilla yogurt with ½ cap of peach extract

½ cap of peach extract

4 level tbsp. of vanilla fat free sugar free instant pudding

½ tsp. of cinnamon

5 frozen sliced peaches of ½ fresh peach

1 tsp. of butter buds

4 vanilla wafer or ¼ cup of CarbWell Golden Crunch Cereal

1 cup crushed ice

Add the milk and water, with the yogurt and extract and pudding, mix for 30 sec.

add the protein powder, butter buds, and peaches mix for 30 sec. add the ice mix

for 15 sec. add the wafer or cereal and mix for 1-2 sec. Optional top with cool

whip free

Banana Cream Pie

6 oz skim milk

2 oz cold water

1 med. banana

3 level tsp. banana fat free sugar free instant pudding

1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder

6 oz banana cream Yoplait light yogurt or vanilla fat free yogurt w/ ½ cap of

banana extract

1 tsp. of cinnamon

1 tsp. of vanilla

4 vanilla wafers of CarbWell golden crunch cereal

1 cup crushed ice

cool whip free

Add the milk, and water with the yogurt, and pudding mix, mix for 30 sec. Add

the protein powder

banana, cinnamon, and vanilla mix for 15 sec. Add ice mix for 15 sec. Add the

cereal or wafer lastly for 1-2 sec. Top with cool whip free, and a dash of

cinnamon. Enjoy

Oatmeal Apple Crisp

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

3 oz milk (1 % or skim)

2 oz water

1 tsp. of vanilla extract

1 tsp. of cinnamon

½ tsp. of nutmeg

½ slightly pre-cooked apple chopped and cored, and stirred in

¼ cup (non-instant) oatmeal

Mix all together in a lg bowl, and stir until all the clumps are mixed well

(about 1 min)

Cook on high in microwave for 1 ½ to 2 ½ mins. Stir well, and top with your

choice of crunchy

cereal, (I use Back to Nature, Hi-Protein Crunch Cereal), then top with cool

whip free, and a dash of cinnamon.

Banana Bread Oatmeal

1 lg banana (smashed)

¼ cup (non-instant) Oatmeal

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 tsp. vanilla extract

½ tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. cinnamon

½ cap of banana extract

2 tbsp. of walnuts (chopped)

Mix all well, all but nuts, stir until all clumps are removed, (about 1 min)

cook on high in microwave for about 1 ½ to 2 ½ mins, depending on strength of

microwave. Take out mix well

top with walnuts, and dash of cinnamon.

I use the Body Fortress brand of Whey Powder, I buy it at Walmart for about $13

for a 2 lb barrel. You can use any kind of whey. Also, if you want your shakes

a bit more frosty, you can add 1 additional splenda packet to save the flavor,

and more ice to your liking.
