Guest guest Posted April 21, 2005 Report Share Posted April 21, 2005 Hi all, I've been doing BFL for almost 10 weeks now. I've been really pleased with my results. I'm 5 feet tall, and started at 139 pounds. I've lost 15 pounds and my measurements have gone done too. I don't know my body fat percentage. My appetite has decreased also so it's tough to fit in the six meals (mostly because I'm not hungry), but do get in 5 meals a day and my daily calorie total probably averages around 1,000-1,200 a day. However, I've noticed in the last three weeks I've stopped losing weight. I've been tempted to cut my calories even more (although I haven't), but I have increased my cardio, to where I'm doing the HITT 20 min. cardio almost every day and usually with an extra 5 minutes of of 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 levels and I'm walking a mile and a half every day for lunch. I'm getting firm in all the right places, but still have a pretty significant belly so I would like to continue losing weight. Any suggestions? Thanks!
