, My solution was dictation ..... having my own exam form, I can either scan it in or leave it in the paper chart .... haven't yet figured out how to get rid of it entirely and have stopped trying. Not all patients are yet able to use a 'portal' ...! But dictation removes all of those pesky pages - and believe me, neither the PRC or the insurance companies want all of those pages either - it is quick, much more to the point and specific to the patient and the patient visit. Patien'ts outcome forms can be scanned in or added to the paper side. It's reallly the only sane way to go. Is anyone having success using the built-in EHR with Eclipse? We are trying to implement it in a busy 2 DC practice and would like our LMTs to use it for documentation as well. So far it seems awkward and cumbersome... which I am starting to think is true for all EHR!

Thanks in advance for any advice!
