Guest guest Posted March 28, 2005 Report Share Posted March 28, 2005 Hello, gang! Yesterday in one of my muscle magazines, I read that too much cardio can undermine one's goal of packing on muscle. Does anyone know what the right amount of cardio should be? I do 4-5 cardio sessions per week. In my mode of thought, cardio is the only way to shed body fat, but I don't want to do anything to hinder building muscle mass.
