Hey ,

Me too. the stuff here helps. Cholesterol down to almost 200.

That oatmeal, blueberries, dash of maple syrup every day has helped.

Have had so much chicken compared to beef I think I have pinfeathers growing.

Had to go get a half Italian roast beef couple of days ago just to remember what

it's like.

Wow, all that salt, fat, and beef...yum!

sucked into the fray sometimes  despite my feeble attempts to resist. 

And that too makes me chuckle..... I must be happy. All this health stuff must
