I have been doing the 20 min. cardio every morning, mainly because I

feel as if it gets me off to a good start, and gives me energy. I

don't follow the HIIT method to its fullest. I go for a while and

crank it up, and then again and then again. I don't time it or

anything. But, I do work out very hard at times, in the work out. I

do the strength training every other day,(upper then lower on alt.

days. Also, since I am training to become a group trainer at my gym,

I have been taking 2-3 classes there a week. Like pilates, Zumba and

some strength w/ weights on the ball. When I do only what Bill

suggest in the book I feel it's not enough. I want to see results

fast, and am willing to work alittle harder. But, I do not want to

waste my time. Am I over training? Will this hurt me more then help?
