Medifast offers a few meal replacements (MR) that are kosher dairy & milk free:

Ready-to-Drink MR shakes: (Choc & vanilla) - 90 calories, 11gm protien, 6gm sugar

Oatmeal MR: (Apple Cinnamon, Blueberry, & Maple & Brown Sugar) - 100 calories, 11gm protein & 1 gm sugar)

Pretzel MR: (Cinnamon Toast & Honey Mustard) - 110 calories, 11gm protein, 3gm sugar)

Your patients can order directly from Medifast. I had a patient just recently with the same dietary allergy/practice. Hope this helps.
