Obviously, things don't go from good to bad on the day they expire.

Personally, I would still take them. They won't harm you, just don't

expect them to be at their maximum potency. They should be good for a

year after the expiration at least, maybe up to 5 years or so. Of

course, discard anything that wasn't stored properly or doesn't look

or smell right. The only real concern I would have would be anything

with oils that could go rancid. If you wanted to know absolutely for

sure, you would have to check with the manufacturer on each item. And

with a toddler that's probably not going to happen!
