Anyone have a successful recipe for sour cream or yogurt?

I do yogurt occasionally but still have not mastered it to be thick

enough.

Also I still have some kefir mushrooms to share to a faithful kefir

maker...so if you are into kefir..contact me for some of these lovelies.
