Again, was this another agent posing, or a legitimate customer? Was

this a legal wiretap, or some nonsense related to homeland security???

This is so infuriating... As if the gov't doesn't have enough

important things to concentrate on.

It varies according to state law. In Minn. only one of the parties

must know that it's being recorded.
