Hello all,

I am trying to find carbohydrate counting materials in both English and Spanish.

Although this is not a bariatric-related post, this group has been able to help

me out before. Thanks in advance.

The ADA Manual has a lot of Spanish resources, but you have

to subscribe. http://www.nutritioncaremanual.org/. I joined last year and have found it worth

the money. You also might want to check

out your local extension agency or health department.
