I have a couple of people that do community acupuncture in the

twincities would this be okay to add? Or would someone want to talk to

them first?

, and all, it's perfectly fine to add your own entries to our database,

HOWEVER I

hope that every entry will be from FIRST HAND experience ONLY (not someone that

someone said was good, you know what I mean). Also I think it's very important

to add

YOUR NAME AS REFERENCE so a potential new patient could call you for the exact

details.

I feel personally responsible for all the names I've added there so if someone

goes there

on my referral and has a BAD EXPERIENCE. I certainly want to know about it, I'll

investigate

and get both sides of the story so I will know whether to continue to refer or

not. For

instance, I just removed one of my own listings of a person known as a

pediatrician but

who is no longer taking patients.

LIKEWISE, if anyone here goes to a doctor, dentist, restaurant, farm, dairy or

store that has

been recommended, and has a BAD experience, or even a questionable experience,

it's

VERY IMPORTANT to notify the referring person and discuss what happened.

Each file and each database is only as valuable as the accuracy of the person

who offered

the suggestion. It's tricky but it's the best we can do and, when it works,

it's a very

valuable offering.
